can you imagine what some judges would think if they read back through this forum as evidence to a court case

Don't make the same mistake Rockdog does, don't paint us all with the same broad stoke. Not all of us are sue happy.

Here is the thing Fish, this guy is the type that calls on the law to guard his rights, but he is also the type that votes for people who violate rights or just ignore them. Rockdog is a bush supporter, and I don't really need to remind anybody of their record on human rights.

Relax Junkie, It was ment as a JOKE. It's a stereotypical that is glued to most others that you guys sue each others for everything. Of course that's not true, it's just your legal system that enable a lot of people to sue others for a lot of things, and they do. But I know there is a lot of amercans that doesn't like the system or are too decent to sue where there clearly are no logical reason to do so.

well maybe to get this back to Moto-GP racing - as much as I would like to see Rossi on a Ducati - that would give us Moto-GP 1 (Rossi trying to beat his own best times) & Moto-GP 2 (the rest, competing for Podium 2, 3 and then to keep some interest 4 & 5)

BTW - I believe Moto-GP should be restricted to those countries with a heritage of Bike racing - nothing to do with racism just mechanical culture

The weight of history favours your opinion, but just maybe it is possible that the reverse would apply if you put stoner on a yamaha. I think, admittedly as a stoner fan, that a fairly good argument can be made for the yamaha being an overall superior bike in 2008; this has always been part of the game in the premier class, and I have no problem with it, just as I had no problem with the ducati being superior overall in 2007 as seems likely was the case. I tend to agree with a recent opinion that rossi may not necessarily have been able to ride the gp07 or gp08 as configured for stoner as fast as stoner, although he and jb could doubtless have developed both bikes rapidly to be fast in rossi's hands.
