Montoya has quit F1

My Mate from Maclaren, told me that Montoya called Ron Dennis from his Florida home, and advised he would not be coming back due to the new deal in NASCAR. The guy dosen't give a ......

Also it was KIMI and not MONTOYA who caused the 8 car pile up at Indy, as the telemetry showed on KIMIS car that he breaked very heavily leaving nowhere for Juan to go, except straight up his ....

I had heard some people saying it was Kimi who started it all but all the .... fell on JPM. IMO, I think some were waiting for something like this to happen for an excuse to give Monty the boot. Oh well, hopefully he can come back and be competitive in NASCAR.

I think he`s just being lazy. I know NASCAR does take skill, but I`d venture not as much as F1, which, despite it`s boredom factor, is considered the pinnacle of 4 wheeled motorsport. But he dosent have to fly around the world, the development won`t be nearly as hard, if there is any, he`ll probably never have to turn right again and the pay is great. Dazz is right. He dosen`t give a ..... He just wants easy money

The American motorsports fan base is pretty much completly insane, most of them do think that nascar is the pinnacle of motorsports. I've had die hard nascar fans tell me that nascar cars have more stability/control than an F1, and that Jeff Gordon is as good as any F1 driver because their was talk of him testing F1 cars after the USGP....So yeah pretty much as ignorant as could be.

from what i hear you guys say, you don't know that much about nascar. my dad is a big fan and he told me that the team Montoya is going to has a budget of 15 to 20 million dollars per car, compared to some teams that have 2 to 30 million per year.
