Come on mate.... that's a bit much. Clearly Rossi was trying for a positive photo op and Marquez was taken by surprise - so was reluctant to fully embrace the idea of shaking hands with Rossi as he doubtless considered the gesture insincere. Fingers were all he could get a hold of. Bet Jarvis or Rossi's publicist put him up to it.

Are you sure Rossi's chair wasn't faulty? As it collapsed he grasped for Marquez's offered hand to drag himself up. He only just escaped falling as he nearly missed Marc's hand but managed to grab his fingers to halt his fall...

I have seen the responses like in the picture often where one person is prepared for the handshake and the second is not as prepared - to me, that is all it looks like.

Would hazard a guess and say it wasn't Uccio who suggested it.

One day I was in the parts department at work and this ....... was raking one of my parts guys over the coals for something that was 100% the customers fault. I listened to all I was going to listen to and stepped around the corner to tell the customer that he would not speak to our employees that way and asked him to leave. He screams, I want to see a manager at which time I threw out my hand to introduce myself. He grabbed my hand and started the intimadation squeeze and turn and I told him as I literally started to crush his hand, you don't want to play this game with me sir. He tried to pull away to no avail and I pulled him close and wispered in his ear, we don't need or want you as a customer .
