Ok, Lanzi has been invisible this year but first time I heard of Fabrizio is when he rode for Gresini iso the injured Elias.

Sure there must be a better bet than Fabrizio...

There is also a rumor about Biaggi coming to Ducati but I think he will once Bayliss lives, maybe at the end of 2008.

And Michel Fabrizio assures that although he has not signed anything there are good chances he will.

I hope this is truue, that guy deserves a factory ride. Hondas loss, Ducatis gain and good news for Fabrizio!!

Is he that good?

I'm looking at this year standings and even Rolfo has more points than him

Fabrizio is the best guy without factory equipment by far and definitely deserves a shot with a factory ride.

Good move, hes long deserved a decent chance, I remember him flattering the WCM a few years ago and you could tell he had talent. Just never a full time opportunity.

The boy has the talent to do very well but he must do it ALL season and not just in the last half which seems the pattern for him although that could be to do with his team being near the bottom of the food (parts) chain.

I was watching the SBK race in Spanish TV and they talked as it was already signed but has anybody seen a confirmation?

The ride along Bayliss was apparently offered among many other to Xaus but he preferred to stay at Sterilgarda... with the assurance they'll get a factory 1098.
