I don't think he intended to cheat but he certainly wasn't affraid of those boundaries. Monaco 2006 was rubbish though

You gotta add Adelaide 94 to that list. He knew his car was damaged and intentionally went to damage Hills. Both cases, as well as Jerez 97, he intentionally tried to take someone off track, or in the Monaco case, disrupt someones quali lap, to me its cheating.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tom @ Mar 18 2007, 09:28 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Have to disagree with all this cheating talk. If a driver/rider is in a situation where he is behind and a small opertunity preseants itself, some would hold back because of the risk of it not working out. Others (like MS) would be so fixed on winning, and find the idea of letting the opertunity slip by so un-acceptable that they will try anyway with total comitment to reach their goal. If it works out then great, if it doesn't then he knows he tried his all, and can work hard to improve. Then sometimes the situation comes off in the unfortunate case of a coming together or controversial move, and although that case is not ideal, the two potential results are the same.

I don't believe that MS ever intended to cheat as such, but mearly drew the line beyond where other driver would, which is why somebody like me would say his desire to win was so admirable.
Yeah, I do admire his desire to win. It's so weird, cause I never thought that Michael would deliberately want to cheat. I don't think he is that kind of a person, but that's why Monaco 06 is so weird to me, cause that was deliberate I think. Also jerez 97 was deliberate I think, but actually I'm not too sure about Adelaide 94 anymore. I was just watching that part over and over again. Going into that corner it seems that Hill wasnt in front, so didn't MS have the right to block him? I think it would have been the smartest if Hill just waited, cause Michael did damage his car before that. If Hill waited wouldn't he have been champ? I never really know what to think about Adelaide 94. Lots of people seem to say MS was at fault (and I too at first thought he was), but lots of other people say differently, after watching it over and over again im just not too sure anymore.

That wasn't a block.. Hill took his opportunity, which you need to do at that level because they don't present themselves that often.. How was Hill to know that Schumi was damaged? For all Hill would have known, Schumi had just made a mistake and had slowed down, so he saw the opportunity and went for the move.

When they approach the apex, Damon has the inside line. Therefore, in reality, Schumi loses his right to block, because that happens if they are behind you during the corner. In this case, Hill wasn't, and Schumi turned into him. It's quite plain to see for me.

Monaco 06 is a fantastic exaple because everyonewas wondering (even the F1 veterans) if Schumacher made a spur-of-the-moment decision which he regretted straight after, still there have been times where he has cheated to win and probably hasn't looked back at it.

get him on the ducati lmao

He's already been on it! Remember when Randy Momla took him for a lap on the 2-seater last year?

He's done some solo testing on it too!

I think he was about 20 seconds off the pace.

rossi went in the F1 car and he went on the duke!!!!!!
Wasn't on the same day though was it?

Don't think it was on the same day but i'm not sure. Rossi was nearer F1 pace than MS was Moto GP pace thats for sure!

Didn't Hopkins and Liuzzi do a car/bike swap a while ago coz both were sponsored by Red Bull - can't remember what track they did it at, maybe Valencia?
