On 2 November 2015, lawyers acting for Jorge Lorenzo filed a Request for Intervention in order to be able to participate on his behalf in the CAS arbitration between Valentino Rossi and the FIM.
This afternoon, the CAS informed the parties that Mr Lorenzo’s request was denied. Accordingly, the CAS arbitration will continue between Valentino Rossi and the FIM only.

Why cant he just keep his mouth shut!?!?! MM has already done him a huge favor. Take the advantage you have and go out there and win the Valencia race. Stop trying to win the championship before the race even starts. Basically stop being a ..... JL.
I have always disliked JL and he continues to give me reasons to dislike him.......

Lorenzo is in his right to try. Rossi wants to cheat his way to victory, then why shouldn't a fair Lorenzo defend a fair win ? Go Jorge.

Im guessing they simply wanted to sit in on proceedings to watch the fix come down. Obviously the fixxers dont want any witness's to the sham we are about to experience. With that being said, i agree with High Side, he must be focused on winning the race instead of the circus his teammate has created.

At least Jorge is genuine ........., unlike his fake ......... teammate. I have never seen so many free willed people fooled by one person in my life than Ross's fanbase. I did read about this one guy in 1930's Germany that pulled off a similar feat, but that was before global communication.

HAha. 100% agree. Perception is a funny thing. DP pretty much said what JL did in post race just in nicer more diplomatic way I guess and he's being lauded. Which btw is another ........ Rossi move no showing that presser and leaving JL and DP there to deal with it after the .... storm he created.

Here's the thing... and please, correct me if I'm wrong.... But this entire fiasco was generated by possibly the 2 riders that have caused the most controversy over crashes in the past 5 years.
I can remember MM Taking out Alvaro Bautista's break line this year and Dani's last year. Using JL as a road black on the last turn 2 years ago. If anyone remembers MM Moto 2 days he had plenty of people that he took out.
So we had 2 ......-bags fighting and one got taken out.... the funny part is they are 2 of the fastest people in the world.
All the while the cleanest rider in moto gp JL is making himself look like an ..... by opening his ....... mouth too much... adding himself to the ......-bag crew.
Bring on Valencia and let the ......-bags fight it out. Either way one ......-bag will win.....
Oh and just to be clear... I am a VR fan. God i hope Andrea Iaonnone is fast next year!!!
Jorge has cause for complaint if he loses by 3 points or less.
However, he is obviously not going to be able to influence the appeal process or have any role in it so I don't understand why he would try to do so unless he is playing some form of game himself; if so he is playing a game which is unlikely to benefit him short or long term.

Well, he's definitely a major stake-holder so, I guess they want to observe and record what goes on in case it goes against his interests and in case there is something that they want to contest about the process, to appeal the result of the appeal.
Because the default is that these hearings are confidential, only the protagonists in the dispute, being Rossi and the FIM, are involved so, that request was denied. It would require agreement form both parties to be considered and obviously, that is not goingf to happen.
