would it b fair to say that little dani aint a wet weather rider YET? ive seen a few races with him in the wet and he struggles, wots ur thoughts lads?
 
Didn't do well on the PI wet weather timesheets did he?
Never bothered to watch a wet 250GP, so I can't really say.

Dani used to struggle big time on wet tracks in his 125cc days and his first 250cc season. He did quite well in his last 250cc season, though he no specialist, at all.

He is improving but still a long way to go before he is as competitive as on dry track.
 
I haven't followed Dani's career close enough to know whetehr or not the wet will become a large issue for him. He certainly carries a reputation as one who doesn't like the wet but that can change and I'm sure it's something he has been and will be working on.
 
Ive got Shanghai '05 on tape, recorded off sky with Julian n Toby. They said that Dani is no wet weather rider. They did also say that Rossi was once like that.... look at him now.

You never know how it will pan out for him though do you.
 
very true ron but last year was the first time rossi dominated in the wet and not without a few scares onlong the way

well he made about twenty at donington wow that was a massive effort,, more than most riders and still won, uve got to give it to all the riders in conditions like that, ive still got the same cold from last season...
