You used to fill out a form on the plane, then hand it to your Gestapo (homeland security). Then after they have finger printed and done an iris scan ect they stapled a visa in your passport. Not the case now, you have to do it online before you travel.

That... that's just a disembarkation form. Even American citizens have to fill one out when returning to the USA.
That's been around forever. Did the British Consulate inform you of the new security updates? All British citizens
are now required to have mandatory flouroscopic rectal scans before passing through customs. They want to
make sure you're not smuggling Pakistanis into the US.
BTW I've seen how red your eyes can be, how they'll get an iris scan on you is a mystery.
