Octo Pramac Racing have announced Australian Jack Miller is to join the team for 2018, partnering Danilo Petrucci. A widely-rumoured move for some time, confirmation came on Thursday ahead of the Austrian GP that the Queenslander has signed a deal to race with the Italian outfit from next season - contracted directly to manufacturer Ducati.

Building on his stunning first premier class win in the Dutch GP last season, Miller has had a solid run of top ten form this year in what is his third season in MotoGP™ – now ready for another challenge on board Borgo Panigale machinery.

I wonder where this leaves Redding and Rabat. Neither really have proven to deserve their place in the GP.

I hear Aprilia is booting Lowes and replacing him with Redding. Not a bad bike considering his inability to show anything with Honda or Ducati.

I couldn't believe that really. Redding has done nothing to deserve even a ride at Aprilia TBH. I guess good riders aren't lining up to take Lowes' place though given how he was treated by Aprilia.

I don't get it. They could have any girl in the paddock yet they recycle

Considering there are about 5 girls in the paddock ........ surrounded by thousands of techo nerds .....

I think the girls could have any guy in the paddock ....... and they are.;)

From what I gather, the whole "stealing his girl" was a misunderstanding by the Italian media. Scott was referring to the Pramac as his girl.

He's done a damn sight more than a certain Asparagus, who has done nothing in any of the 3 classes.

Miller will have the 2017 bike and petrucci will have the 2018bike:

EXCLUSIVE: Francesco Guidotti (Pramac Ducati) Interview | MotoGP

Francesco Guidotti, strikes me as a simpleton in his command of language, personally I think they have made a mistake, Miller should go to moto2 for a couple of seasons and sort himself out, the ..... at Honda did him no favours.

What's wrong with his language?
