It is not cold, but I think the weather is dry right now, but iffy. I think the riders know that the hurricane storm is headed their way and this dry practice is probably the only one they will get. Probably just wasting there time the way the forecast looks.

Spies, Melandri and Elias all have few laps but they are also all missing the last saction and by times looks like a typical slow down lap.

Now it is obviously drying up and times all depends on who's willing to take risks. The smart ones consentrate on setup rather than lap times.
