If Dorna is serious about promoting Moto GP in the states, then they need to invest in a good TV package. The stuff they've been getting from the networks is inexcusable. Poorly-prepared commentators and the lack of any pre and post-race coverage makes the sport look like an afterthought.
If Dorna is going to go through the trouble of staging two U.S. GPs, why would they skimp on the TV end of the deal? It's great that they get good race day crowds, but this sport won't get far over here if people throughout the country don't watch it on TV.
The NFL and NASCAR didn't get to where they were with good attendance alone...
Oh, is that crowd figure for race day or for the whole weekend?
