teleconference w/Nicky Hayden & Colin Edwards

Indy preview

Jules Cisek and Martin Darlington answer listener email, do an Indy preview, and prattle on about this and that. Jim Race attended the Indianapolis Motor Speedway teleconference with Nicky Hayden and Colin Edwards so we have that - it's a good listen. A wee bit about WSBK @ Nürbergring and BSB @ Cadwell Park as well.

Jules and Jim are good men - the podcasts are always a good listen, even though Jim wears sandals with socks.

My prediction:

The hurricane makes a wet Indy.

Nicky, Spies and Vale for the Podium

Well checking the weather, looks like its gonna b dry. Damn u ..... Irene! We need rain!

Biggy, if u do make it out, beer on me. A big hug too.

Levi, Simo will crash again this year in a race, bet? $5

Pigsh, goid to hav u back on all cylinders.

Curve, i hav Spies on podium. But i wont tell u which step.

This seems like a short thread, wher the .... is everybody?

(btw, pov is on the ground at Indy)

Irene could still spoil the party

BSB Monday might be the best Show of the weekend
<

I hope Irene doesn't spoil the racing, like Ike (was it Ike?) did in 2010.

I'm rooting for Hayden on this one, but I think it's safe to say Spies and probably Edwards will both finish in front of him.

For those of you going this week end Have a safe one!

Spies' time was more than 3 seconds off of the record lap... Something tells me that FP doesn't mean much.
