Hayden to replace Pedro at PI

Honda is looking for a scoring finish, which is probably why they didnt look Millers nor Aoyoma"s way. They are a little concerned over the team and constructors title but with both Yamahas dnfing last week, they can breath a little easier. Needless to say they were not impressed with Aoyama running 2 seconds off pace on a bike and track that he knows like the back of his hand.

He seems to think that he has nothing to proove whatsoever in the series anymore. And, as a lot of you seem to agree with him on the matter, I can't really understand all the anger if he keeps on acting accordingly.

If he'd actually get back to racing, that would be the real stop to the "tease and denial" (if we have a right to call it that). But getting back just to wildcard would be an even bigger form of useless tease. On this specific point to me he is just being coherent and correct. Cause let's keep it real: no matter the official name of the job Ducati is currently paying him for, FOR NOW he's a mascotte/shadow/walking suggestion, and both him and Ducati benefit out of that and are glad that that's the current state of things. If next year he'll have something more specific to do in Lorenzo's corner, we'll see but that still will not make him a racer in any way, shape or form.

Go talk about Stoner in another thread homos.

Has there ever been a rider with a prettier smile than Nicky Hayden? I don't think so.

If a smile like that was worth some extra horsepower, Nicky would be on a rocket ship.

Go Nicky!

Maybe they can stuff a 2017 engine into the RCV Nicky will be riding. :D

But on a more important note, he did perform well come race day on the Marc VDS RCV. Do you think that race weekend was enough time to get a good feel for the Michelin's? Granted, god only knows what the tires are going to do at Phillip Island since they are one-off's.
