and, it looks like this thread will last until the end of 2009 as well with RdP signing for LCR again!

I have to share this: Dutch telly has a weekly rider interview. All riders can ask one question to the next interviewee. This week we got Jorge who had to ask a question to RdP, and it was no surprise:
Randy, you are very very fast so why do you keep on crashing?

If I remember to tune in (I usu. watch Eurosport) I will let you all know the answer.

he is starting to grow on me. I think he is a tough kid and will be a champ in the future.

I like Lorenzo as well, however I predict the old cocky Lorenzo coming back if he starts winning more often. That said I got a laugh out of his victory celebrations.

Back to topic:

RdP, signed for another year. What in gods name are these team managers thinking. There must be a lot of money involved to keep him in MotoGP.

I was under the impression that he just confirmed next year with HRC. Wasn't he already contracted for the 2009 season?

Chech loves him, and Dorna regard him as eye candy for the female viewing fraternity.

Four people had the confidence enough to say he would finish:

Austin
BigAl
johnny
Goatboy

Congrats! This time the winners have a choice of some used MotoGP paraphernalia: a "barely used" Pedrosa Michelin front tire, a half sucked Lorenzo Chupa Chup, or the rain bib worn over Westy's leathers.

I choose Westy's rain bib.

Randy has gone too long without a crash.

I'm reviving this because he simply must crash at Sepang.

Lap 3 turn 4

He's on his Absolute Final F//##g Warning.
<

So he will finish the race.

Or he will have to pay for any future rides.

Andy you crack me up.

Something happened at The Island, I think RdP transferred his crash mojo to Pedrosa. Perhaps it was the effect of being "down under", much like how water swirls the opposite way in a drain? Sepang is closer to the equator so maybe we will get lucky and both RdP and Pedrosa will have incidents.

Sepang:
RdP Lap 2, turn 1
Pedrosa Lap 1, turn 1

Starting early but what the heck, Is it turn 3 or 5 not sure. the turn after the short straight and the kinda of s first conner, I'll look it up and get back.. Ahh Lap........ 10

EDIT : Ok its turn 4 but if not there I'd reckon turn 13 into 14
