For a few, the dislike/hatred/bitterness pretty much spills into every paragraph they write, and for someone who doesn't care enough either way, it can be a real chore to read through some of the threads here (which I still do as there are some genuine insights to be gleaned and good discussions to be had).

I get the feeling that it would be better for some people to just start a telegram group and only have folk who have similar views in it - As it stands, this is still a public MotoGP forum so occasionally people will get fed up of the status quo (which for a good while has been pretty anti Granddad Yamaha).

Actually - there's never been a "status quo" on PS. There's always been a healthy debate with lots of opining from both sides. There used to be a ....-load of pro Rossi people here, who (although of course naturally wrong about everything Rossi :p) were well informed and made reasonable debate points and were (and continue to be) good friends. Unfortunately people get burnt out with all the over the top hostility from some corners and just say .... it. The old timers that are still here, have grown very thick skin. And sometimes - people work .... out. Jumkie and Rog were bitter enemies and are now best buds. Me and JPS were going at it tooth and nail for a while and just got tired of the pissing match and get along just fine.

The thing that amuses me is when some hubristic newbie comes around and tries to get under my skin, thinking they can "run me off". Man you should have seen the ....-storm of hostility towards Barry a few years ago and he's still here and well liked by all. Many anger-......s have tried to run me off. I'm still here.

And oh yeah... Go Dovi!

I used to race Middleweight Superbike, Battle Of The Twins and a few years of endurance racing. I quit at the age of 36. Not because I was too old - but because I’d sustained too many injuries. While I was racing guys much younger - I was largely self sponsored and wasn’t sitting on one of the 6 fastest bikes in the sport and incapable of using it as effectively as a younger rider.

You neglected to include your personal strengths.

1- Inability to get along with others that don't share my opinions
2-Does not work well in a team environment
3-Will not take admit failure or take responsibility for failed projects

4-Complete lack of self restraint when provoked
5-Meets new challenges with hostility and insults
6-Unable to recognize personality flaws that lead to unnecessary conflict

and JPS i guess is a fan of led zeppelin something like that.

Agree that JLO might be in a difficult situation + his ego might prevent him to go in a satellite team however I cannot see KTM/Suzuki closing the door of such a caliber.

HRC is not set in stone yet.

The only thing about you that I can't be certain of is whether you are just a troll - or in fact are as inane as your posts. I won't bother to reply to anything you say because you're a waste of bandwith.

Can we get back to talking about racing, with reasonable people that don't have to insult you in every reply. It's quite the shame, because outside of you and Lotus, there are some decent and interesting blokes on this forum

To those regular members that engage Kancer, the above post is a reminder of who you're dealing with, as if it hasn't been abundantly clear to you over the years; after every flame war he has started, online or worse... in real life, this is the type of person you're engaging, a vial delusional person in real life as he is online.

Some of you have formulated that because it's online, you're insulated from the negativity of Kancer, it's a rationalization. Others have rationalized, because Kancer's flame war is against those you don't agree with on trivial subjects, that cheering him or in the same way, standing by silently doesn’t involve you, it does. Others have rationalized, that because Kancer is enemies with people you dislike, therefore he must be a friend, that's not only illogical, but it will suck you down to his level. This is yet another flame war sown by the Troll Farmer, absent I may add, from the supposed members that he has deemed culprits to the disfunction of this forum, alas here another of many threads destroyed.
