Here's hoping Troy Bayliss gets back on the Duke in SBK soon after his crash in Race 1 at Donnington. Very un-Bayliss like to have a solo crash.

His injury has got to be one of the worse ones going around, to have your hand caught under the bars while the bike is sliding would be like someone holding your hand up to an angle grinder I reckon....Yuk!!

Apparently he looks like he's going to lose his little finger after some of the bone was ground away by the road surface!!!

I can now confirm he lost bones in his little finger on the left-hand. Get well soon.

do you think a missing little finger may become a bit of a status symbol in the paddock, what with jezzer and now bayliss. hard as nails these boys.

I don't see how it's possible to ride missing your little finger, it's nearly as important as your thumb for holding onto and directing the bike. Wouldn't suprise me if he retires after a test or two to be honest.

worse than that he also had a TESTICLE REMOVED
if you watched the race James Whitham commented
on Bayliss immediatley after the crash he's hurt his groin
region spoke to a guy close to james Toseland he said
TESTICLE REMOVED
