In July we told you about a possible collaboration between the two brands, the Bolognese and the German note, which to begin their "colloborazione" have created a co-marketing campaign which has created a special version of the SLK called Naked. What's new today, you ask. As far as the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Mercedes seems to sponsor the Ducati MotoGP Team branded AMG. Valentino Rossi will leave Turin and then the brand, which Yamaha was the main sponsor (who will leave without the MotoGP Valentino) to go to the German, who become an official partner of Ducati. Can I get on the list now for the replica bike? I might have to sell my wife, but who cares?? Easily replaced when I tell the girls about my Mercedes/Ducati. I am sure I could bang two strippers one named Mercedes and one named Ducati because of that bike!!!

Black/silver would look so sick, and won't clash with VR's yellow. I was dreading the McDonald's bike. I wonder if Duc is going to want to splash some red in there somewhere though.
 
Cars on bikes. Even after all the years of FIAT Yamaha, it still seems strange. I'm sure Nicky will enjoy driving a Mercedes about.

Is this even remotely official or from a reliable source? I hope they don't go silver, silver paint on plastic fairing almost always looks bad in my opinion

Perhaps. I'm just thinking of the Interwetten bikes, Scott Reddings bike, the silver Honda VFR's kicking about or even Guy Martins TT bike this year. I've just never liked it

You follow F1 don't you? Did those MBenz cars look ugly to you? Mercedes silver is beautiful, and leave it to the Italians to make it look sexy.
