Can I respectfully suggest you do what I did after that happened to me? Once you have all the numbers back on your phone, back them up by writing them down on a piece of paper and keeping it somewhere safe, then next time it happens, you still have them somewhere
if u have verizon android or iphone they have backup assistant in ur phone, verizon may have ur numbers saved online
