Nothing hidden there Jumkie, what you see is what you get.

No probs Jumkie, I'm getting used to you bailing out or ignoring me when you meet some resistance.

I think we are beating a dead horse. Now its tunred to mudslinging. People here will continue to believe what they want to believe. So, let's look forward.. Hayden apparently is going to get the exact same equipment as Pedrosa at Jerez.. Who do you think will be faster? Nicky or Pedrosa? Or are we going to start hearing the excuses BEFORE the race.

One thing that gets me is that Nicky does not do well on the same equipment as little munchkin boy. So if he had teh same equipment as Pedhosa then it would be a no brainer who is going to win between the two. Nicky wants to "try" the new chassis that was built for Pedes, but isn't that the same .... that he was complaining about last season. Nicky is in trouble and he doesn't have any direction. He needs to work hard getting on the same page as his mechanics and technicians forget about everything else, put his head down and ride.

One thing is for sure, Nicky is going to set a smoking qualifying lap

I don't know why he can't put that same aggressiveness and great riding into his race pace. I mean, he won the championship by being the most consistent rider out there.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Smokey @ Mar 27 2008, 01:25 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>According to this speed article it just wasn't Nicky's decision to ride the 2007 bike.

Speed article

I saw a similar article in Autosport.com

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>Looking back on the decision to race the 2007 machine in Qatar, Hayden said he was keen not to dwell on the circumstances.

"It was a team decision...and there are things in racing that I cannot talk about," he said. "Some things happen for whatever reason, and that is the choice we made.

"It probably wasn't a great decision but at the time it was what the team felt was best." Givem that thay have actually provided quotes from Hayden, this puts his words at odds with what the Honda Manager said about Hayden wanting the 2007 bike. There might be more truth to Jumkie's conspiracy theories. There I admit it...

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tom @ Mar 20 2008, 04:35 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I take your point about the un-eaven playing field because we all know the equipment does matter in gp racing, thats what makes it what it is. However the "overwhelming evidence" that Hayden is being sabotaged from the inside is mostly conspiracy theory and speculation which overwhelms you (and mylexicon) because you are so desperate to believe it. The evidence we use depends very much on the journalist whos opinion fits closest with our own rather than actual facts, and despite being a Hayden fan i take the opinion that honda aren't behaving in a way that differes too far from their recent history and the actions of any decent race team.

I'm not being serious when I say Hayden is being sabotaged--such remarks are just hyperbole.

However, I'm not kidding when I say he's being neglected or used.

OK thanks. What about Loris last year? Was he neglected and used?
