its stopped and its sunny... but only handfull of riders on track and just cruising around.. track looks 70% dry

Looks like it might be a close qualifying. I'd guess no one has a rock solid setup yet, and the top 4 are fairly close.

Slow lap times, another session heavily conditioned by weather and crashes. Not very significant imo. Quali, if really dry, should give much better indications.
