Problem would be solved in a week.

I don't recall Nicky v Edwards, but VR & MM comes to mind.

Nicky vs Colin was in 06 I believe.
Colin ended up coming off.

So if Marc dive bombs Vale, like he has done Dovi at Qatar, Motegi and Austria, do you think Vale will style it out like Dovi did, or do you think he will use the 'post Argentina' stance from Race Direction to keep Marc at bay through fear of discipline.
Or if Vale is leading into the last corner(s), will Marc hold back for the same reason?

Did not Marc have the last lunge effort on Rossi in turn for Rossi to straightline the final chicane?

If happens again, he won't go down cause that costs his position. If can straightline why not, it passed as just racing the first time. * clarification * I'm not one whom believes Rossi pre-empted the 2016 last corner event.

Was just checking last 10 years results.

I can see why I expect rossi could get this one. He's been the most prolific here in the past 10 years. This should be his track.

Marc and Lorenzo only 1 each here.

Two distinct "oddities" here .... 1 to Spies and 1 to Miller.

Ahh... Spies. Really liked him. Sad that things didn't work out. The guy was really talented.

I was on Rossi’s side on that one, MM wasn’t going to make that corner on any sort of racing line, and I would say Rossi was prepared for contact rather than anything more Machiavellian

Tru nuf, but you know he just had to try.

Totally agree, the crap must stop, all the arguments are putting people off posting, why waste time writing something when the only interest is in a subject that is well out of date. And Duc needs to get his head out of his arse and appoint moderators to keep things respectable.

Hasn't stopped you or anyone else from posting.

There never will be moderation here so calling for it is laughable. Besides do you want it like Krackpot's forum where people get banned for no reason?

What other one?.. do you mean the one started by your buddy jps ? cos hes the only .... who's posted in it..i do like a bit of ... though..

Pieboy, weren't you leaving the forum in a fit of rage ......?

Funny how they come crawling back.

Unless Marc finds a set of rubber that he is really happy with (eg like at Jerez) then I can't see him risking it all for the win.
I think Mugello has pulled him back into Championship mode.

If you look back at the last time I posted it was a good while ago so yes it has put me off.
A good mod would help a lot and nobody would get banned for no reason.

Forum has functioned fine without moderation.

If it put you off, that's a personal choice to post or to not post.

I already tried a couple of years ago to get Duc to appoint an active moderator and he had no interest. It's not going to change ever.

By this logic, Keshav would have been banned months ago actually.

Like I stated more than once already, I don't have any problem with anyone in this forum. Quite the contrary actually.

I am a moto enthusiast and I come on here to talk and read about racing. I don't have a problem with Off Topic moments as most of them are fun and I consider them a healthy thing in a forum.

But when I read people arguing, calling each other a ...., trying to bully each other and so on it genuinely annoys me because this is disrespecting anyone that attends this forum.

I don't wanna sound like a bleeding heart, but if I do, well that's better than being a threads-polluter.

I'd like to underline that I am talking in general terms and not referring to anyone in particular.

No reason this thread should be limited to predictions. Once the race has started it will just morph into the race thread. Has done so many times.

Funny, you had nothing to say when kesh was busy slandering Jumkie with vile .... in another topic, but now all of a sudden you do. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Lack of moderation has in general been an advantage, this is a “Rossi haters” forum because anti- Rossi sentiment is allowable on here as it isn’t in many places, but so is any opinion about riders, manufacturers, teams, or pretty much any other MotoGP issue, which is how it should be imo, and people can either defend their position or they can’t.

I begin to see some wisdom in the policies most Internet forums have in regard to personal attacks on other posters however, whatever the rights and wrongs of such things the end result is destructive.
