Damn the kid is quick, but no sorta talent transforms into that much of a performance advantage; does it? And if he is that good, he's gonna give Lorenzo, Pedders and the yellow man a good shake next year. 17 to go.

+1 On the back of surgery on his wrist too. Great pass on Iannone. I'd quite like to see Scott stay on for one more season before moving up. Saying that, he's majorly bulked out though over the last few years - both physically and style wise, he's ready for a Moto GP bike.
 
Awesome stuff yet again. Felt a bit sorry for The Maniac Joe, but Redding was immense. Good ride by Bradley Smith all things considered

Agree - in a field full of Kalex and Suter the feedback is immense allowing constant improvement. You get the feeling after three years without any significant development of the Tech 3 frame, Bradley is probably on the limit this season - and can't push any harder than he is.
 
exciting race as always! jesus moto2 is nuts. Great hard battles all around, especially between crazy joe and marc.
 
Marquez's speed advantage is obscene. Perhaps they have a double-walled tank filed with high energy racing fuel?
 
I´m surprized and disapointed in you Geo. Especially for one so keen on numbers and nerdy facts. I just glanced over the stats sheet for Moto2 for this weekends race and didn´t see at all what you said happend. Maybe they are false numbers brought to you by Dorna....

Luthi and Rabat, in 11th and 12th respectively clocked 284.



Please show me where there was a speed advantage, and I´ll show you were there is a rider skill advantage. Weight and size, maybe, but Rabat and Redding are huge compared to Marquez.

Can't count the times he and another rider exited a corner at the same speed before MM drove away almost as quickly as the Ducati 800 did in early 07. MM is not THAT much smaller than the others...

Gearing, which is one of the few things teams can change, will give an increase in acceleration.
 
Mdub, I didn´t see such incident and I am courious to see if and when happend. But biggest ...... bag for not returning a handshake?? I´d have thought Ianone would hold that tittle for headbutting Pol Espargaro after Ianone cause both to crash.​



I guess it´s alright to forget what suits ya...​

I think it was turn 6. Marc fired it up the inside elbows out expecting contact, Ianone had the right to the line but luckly remembered the spanish psycho has the right to any part of the track he wants. No thats not the only reason he is the new biggest ......, the last three years combined are. Yeah Ianone gave Pol a headbutt years ago but, A. Who doesnt want to headbutt one of the Espargoros? And more importantly B. He seems to have learn from that mistake and hasnt made any mistakes like that again. Kind of like the Jorge of old, he uses his errors as learning points and grows from them.
