Haha, nothing gets by you guys.  Uhm, no .... sherlocks, hence why I called it an M1 and liken it to a Wsbk spec.  Are you serious?  Jesus.  A bit of hyperbole (which Pov I'm not surprised is beyond your level and capacity for deliberation) to convey the superiority of Herrin's bike vs Cardenas/RL's bike.  I could have also said Herrin's bike is a "rocket ship" compared to the Suzuki, and you would have pointed out no, it can't actually fly.  haha.  .... me.

A sarcastic conspiracy from the king of outlandish conspiracy theories. How could we have taken your posts literally?

Ah Pov, ur a real rocket appliance. It wasnt enuf u blissfully skipped over the clue when I compared the ss honda to the DucGP. Not my fault u cant put 2 and 2 together. Btw, "just because I dont care doesn't mean I dont understand" you. (Homer Simpson)

Totally after you ...... up and were crayfishing. keep trying.

So......

Herrin wins AMA Superbike title, and will be racing Moto2 next year. Interesting, kind of hope Beaubier will be joining him.

Edit  Additional information from link below.  Unfortunately Beaubier will still be competing in the AMA series next year.

It looks like this is another Ulrich shootout and not an AMA event.
The last one had no streaming so Im assuming this one doesnt either.
Pathetic

11 Races in called a Season in AMA?

Wow....that is a sad state of the series.....how is anyone supposed to showcase their talent and be able to Step UP to the world stage from a 11 race series.....

Surely there are more than 6 great motorcycling tracks in the USA...

Aren't there enough fans to support the sport?.....
or are American fans spending their money on MotoGP?
or Superbike / Supersport Motorcycling in America dead and we are back to old fat dudes on HDs and Triumphs?

Bike racing is just not that popular in the US, and is even less popular since DMG took over. It used to hold its on and drew decent crowds, but once DMG ran off the factories, the fans lost interest. Let the AMA stand as a case study for other series who think dumbed down racing and non factory participation is the way to go. I used to hear the same .... i hear today, fans bitched about Mladin and Spies winning every race, but they showed up to bitch. Now, they just dont give a .....

it's dead in itself, and it's even more dead when it comes to developing and providing talents for international racing series. Spies made a great point in that the US needs a Dorna/FIM backed feeder class in order to prepare young racers for what awaits them on the world scene.

Swearion. You just made Migs head explode. You used the words Spies and great in the same sentence.
I dont know what this emoticon means, but Im mesmerized by it
:spin::spin::spin::spin::spin::spin:

There was a race this weekend but since it wasnt televised or streamed I prefer to call it practice, or if I may be generous... Club race
About 3 professionals showed up in the SBK class. The rest were privateers.

Gerloff is finally showing the speed we expected before he snapped his femur 2 yrs ago at Daytona. I guess it helps that ....yier has moved on out of the class. It would be a shame if his talent was forever relegated to AMA purgatory.
For those paying attention Benny Solis dumped that POS honda and has immediatelly jumped from Redding place errrrr sorry typo, 13 th place average on qualifying to 2nd place the last 2 practices (errr sorry another typo) last 2 races.
He binned this weekend and ranted on FB that Fong is a dangerass .....
RRW reported that Benny uccioed ( damn another typo) i mean rear ended Fong. Since there is no cameras on site who the .... even knows but .... Fong and Willski anyway

Spies was great for a 'dead' series, and he showed his talents in WSBK....but in GPs he chocked or was not up to the level of most all GP riders...

and before you start with the Ben excuse that he had his first year in GPs on the satellite team....keep in mind that in 2006 Casey the rookie was on a satellite team as well....in his second year Casey won the title....Spies in his second year won 1 race, and year 3 for Ben was a joke....

My point is being great in a lower division series (especially a dead one) doesnt mean anything when moving up to GPs....

So by comparing all those great American hopes to Spies doesn't, in my view, help the case for any rider....

Nonsense, he wasnt up to the level of Stoner, Lorenzo,Rossi or Pedrosa, but was as good or better than anyone else in the world. Your anti US bias is shining through again

Povol, I am not anti-american riders.....I am definitely not a Spies fan.....why? Cause he got talked up on this forum as being the next Messiah, it was said by some on here that he'd destroy the rest of the GP field....He didnt, he was average at best....
If Ben hadnt been so talked up by the usual fanboys then my view of him might have been different....but his passport has nothing to do with it....
