I've really come to like the bright yellow VR46 livery over the course of last season. These bikes at least stick out among a lot of dark colored bikes.
I was hoping Castrol would be more prominent on the Hondas, this standard livery is fairly unimpressive.
The factory Yamaha is mostly unpainted carbon fiber with a few blue accents.

Maybe I'm just not old enough to appreciate it. The Repsol colors had been around longer than I have been.

They had the Rothman's Racing livery from 85 through 93, did the one off for 94, then went Repsol 95 through 2024.
I love the Honda livery because it's a nice reminder of Freddie Spencer and the GP bikes of that time.

I kind of took it as a fresh start. I mean of all the teams in GP, they need sponsorship probably less than anyone and could afford to go that route. But it's nice regardless of whether or not the '25 iteration of the RC213V is competitive or not. Not sure I see Honda being competitive prior to 2027, but I guess anything can happen. With the engine freeze next season, I can see this year's pecking order being the same as next season's.

No they can introduce a new engine if they want to.
