2011 Lucas Oil Motocross Chapionship

I agree Frosty. Think its gonna be good battle to the end. Wilson to win the 250's tho

No Barcia
<

hey..... the kids got mono.....
<

Yep good to have a few contenders for any title - just hope they stay upright and no injuries ruinning the Battle to being the 1 !

Yea...I've been slack, and didn't report anything after RedBud.

Reed...wins by being consistent...yea I know Jum's hurts to say it

Dungey...needs to wick it up some more, fewer and fewer races to go

Villopoto...unchararistic mistake for him in the first moto, but shows who's the fastest in the 2nd moto.

These three guys are on a different level on the 450's this year...would have been nice to see Windham be up there with them. Right now Reed is doing what he needs to do, Villopoto and Dungey have to keep Reed behind them from here out to have a chance at the championship.

250....what can I say...Baggett..holy .... that kid is flying and gaining confidence with every race win.

Sad News

Heard Tuesday night that one of the 450 riders passed away from the RedBud round...found this....RIP Josh Lichtle

How was .... Chad Reeds flying act
<
<
that was bloody mad - so lucky nothing broken - concussed or anything - adrenaline would have been pumping xtreme, gets back on bike to finish race in 14th 5th overall - congrats to you and retain points lead
<

L8B Bagget flying again but Rattray got it on - Wilson still leading.

It's a bird....it's a plane....noooo...it two-two motorsports Chad Reed! Holy .... what a lucky ....... to have not gotten seriously injured in that crash.

450 Championship is now really interesting.

That was nuts. I've never seen a crash that bad. Im glad he's allright. I want to see Villopoto win the championship but I dont want him getting any gifts. Reed is the best rider so far and If Villo could beat him this year it would be a worthy championship.

I've seen zero MX for months. Completely out of the loop.

i wonder why.... i hope u dvr'd it all. yhe big class is close with dungey winning the last 2 rounds... 7 points?... seperate the 3 amigos. the lites is still a payton affair.

Jesus, just seen the Chad Reed crash...Holy fck !

Been watching the AMA MX pretty religiously lately

I ain't ever seen an MX off like that one. The dude was lucky he sort of landed on the down slope otherwise it could have been curtains. I was thinking, this is stretcher time, loss of use of legs and end of career...But fair play, he just jumps back on...respect is due !

You havnt missed a bunch race wise. Some good duels that last a few corners or so but somebody has checked out every race. Reed to me has looked the strongest but Dungey and Villo have stayed consistent and have looked stronger as of late. Now is a good time to start watching. Were halfway thru and everybody has settled in with their fitness levels and bike setup. With a few points seperating the 3 it should be a great 2nd half. Lets give a resounding prayer for health for everyone cuz we all know prayer works. Just ask Trey Canard

i was slack jawed when i saw it! the guy is nails.... got to give it up to him.

That's two DVRs that have taken a .... on me. They last just long enough to accumulate about 100 hours of fantastic racing, then one day the machine says, is that your heart, then rips it out!

I have missed the last couple of races as well - .... Reed was still recovering from his flying lessons hanging in there for points I imagine.

'dilla belonged to Villo this year...flat out owned it going 1-1.

The flying Scott (Pete's boy) went 1-1 for his first overall and holds a comfortable lead in the 250 series.

Good ride by the rookie Barcia, third overall on debut will earn him a great ride next year.

RV was just way to good. Looks like a championship is at the end of the tunnel for him making it a clean sweep in 2011.

Dungy solid but uninspiring. Pretty much wraps up his season to date.

Reed admitted he is mentally off after his astronaut training. He should have just strapped on a parachute to give him some confidence.
