i was just reading that the moto 2 bikes are on very similar pace to the moto GP bikes LMAO thats nuts! who's idea was moto 2? they will be quicker than some moto gp riders.

Not To suprising, considering the tight and technical nature of Valencia. I guess my prediction of them taking a half a season to upstage the 250's was a little off.

Spies already a half a second faster than his fastest lap yesterday.

none of the 250 rookies seemed have got to grips with the 800's, Spies looking good and i think he is already proving himself to be a podium contender. good to see Hayden near the front, Melandri immediately quicker than he was yesterday lol-still a lot of set up work to go for the guys on new teams tho i would have thought
just from this i have raised my expectations from Spies, i genuinly think a lot of people on here have hugley underestimated what the guy is capable of. 2nd day on the bike and in 6th-wow!

Moto2 is so quick. .

Simoncelli having problem with the small bike of Dani . Now Gresini is adjusting seat and footpeg for him.

Until now Spies already have his 4 full weekends in MotoGP (3 in 2008, 1 in 2009), and also 1 full MotoGP test before (in 2008). He is also on the Yamaha satellite, a very good and easy to ride bike.

But where's Colin??

Is that a misprint? Or is it correct that Ratthapark Wilairot is in 9th place on a Moto2 machine? I've got to say, didn't see that one coming.

yeah haha that what i expect from spies- i think he is half alien, not as good as top 4 but may be on occasion, but probably better than the rest of the field.

im interested to see how team marco do aswell, i think they may not be far off the 4 aliens and mixing it with spies then edwards/dovi and hayden behind, i would love to see Hayden have a good season and remind everyone why he was world champion.

Simonchelli is on the factory spec honda and Melandri is on the sat spec for next year. gresini only get one factory bike as far as i know.

its probaly punishment to melandri for not being loyal and leaving for ducati. i think melandri would stuff dovi on a factory spec honda
