yeah it looks better the more you look at it i just really dont like the color scheme, they have definatly softned the sharp edges looks like its had a bit of wind tunnel testing lol very aero dynamic.
i think yam want a few extra top end mph without using more fuel.
heres a bit of video off the tube its not english but u get to see it at different angles, the only words i can understand is pneumatic valves (i think lol)
see how rossis bike has the "hollowed out" clutch & brake levers so they snap instead of bend & become unusable? why doesnt lorenzos bike have the same? is it because they want him to crash and be unable to continue?

Just wondering, if aero is a BIG concern, why do yamaha insist in using a conventional exaust while others are trying to avoid something sticking out of the sides?
