1st Corser
2nd Toseland
3rd Lanzi
4th Muggeridge
From eurosport :-
Troy Corser will start from pole position for the final round of the World Superbike Championship at Magny-Cours in France after setting a stunning pace in Superpole.
The 34-year-old Australian knocked 1.8 seconds off his time from first qualifying, lapping the circuit in 1:39.147 on his Alstare Suzuki to claim his fourth pole of the year and the 38th of his career.
His pace was good enough to knock Fellow Australian Karl Muggeridge off the top spot with four riders still to set their Superpole times.
None of the remaining riders could match the two-time world champion though, who hung on to head Britain's James Toseland by 0.208 seconds.
Corser said: “It feels good. Last year we had some difficulties here and qualified nowhere, and I still managed to have quite a good race, so I'm looking forward to the races.
“It was pretty much a perfect lap. I knew I could go faster than in practice, but on the lap I just tried not to make a mistake.”
Ten Kate Honda rider Toseland was delighted with second and felt the team had made significant progress with their new traction control system.
Toseland said: “I was unfortunate enough to see Troy Bayliss' fast lap in Imola, and again I saw Corser's here, but I put a decent lap together and it put me second, so I'm happy.
“We're developing all the time and we've been nice and consistent. We haven't been off the front row many times. I've had to dig deep this year and its all come good.”
Italian Lorenzo Lanzi was surprisingly the top Ducati in third – at the track where he last won a World Superbike race last year.
Muggeridge, - Toseland's team-mate – was fourth - ending up on the front row for only the second time this season."
