So with Stoner announcing his departure, who do you see replacing him on the factory Honda next year?

I assume Pedrosa will get another contract.

Discuss.

So much for Krops article on how Vale will have no options. Haha. The planet just moved a bit.

You think Yamaha will let Lorenzo go? Interesting theory.

If he dont start showing awheel to Stoner what makes you think Yamaha wont want Rossi back?

moreover its "Repsol Honda" in Spanish accent

Well Jarvis has been quoted as saying if you don't have Stoner or Lorenzo in your team you wont win the title.

With Stoner gone it's difficult to imagine them letting Lorenzo go. I think Lorenzo may be able to write his own pay cheque for next year & beyond.

Honda 2013

Lorenzo

Pedro

Yamaha 2013

Spies

Crutchlow

Duacti 2013 if they are still in

Rossi

Hayden

If Jorge vacates then a Crutchlow, Hayden garage would be nice. Though im skeptical that any other factory will give Nicky another chance.

Who do we know that is not locked into a contract next year, out of the names on the poll

Spies interests me. He isnt a happy chappy at Yamaha. He might be ideal to keep the seat warm for Marquez.

Honda

Spies

Pedro

Yamaha

JLo

Cal

Ducati

Bautista

Hayden

Gresini Honda

Rossi dedicated win to Simmo

It will be interesting and no doubt right this very second there are managers with calculators in hand trying this very moment to get through to various factory contacts whilst we all look into teh crystal ball that is pure unadulterated guesswork.

Rossi - not sure why but I reckon he is more welcome at Yamaha (talking factory people, not team mates) than HRC ............. but the comment by Nakamoto does get the interest

Lorenzo - what a great position to be in .........do I choose this factory ride or that one .......... and I do not think it will be about money either.

Pedrosa - nowhere really to head ................ Yamaha is a possibility but he will stay at HRC and let us not forget, he could well be the WC as well.

Bradl - a possibility for the vacant HRC seat but IMO it would be a filler position only ..... NO

Bautista - get results buddy ............. NO

Spies - get to work and fast .................... needs results but possible

Dovisioso - he showed his hand a little to early and I bet he is regretting it at the moment ........... NO

Crutchlow - hell yes, a definite possibility as he has been a revelation ........... HRC start talking

RdP - why not as (IMO) all he needs is a good ride but again, he would only be there as a filler .............. NO, but other opportunities may well open up for him as a result of the shuffle

I reckon there is more likelihood of thE rookie rule being withdrawn as a bargaining tool and so I go Marquez

I voted Rossi because he is the master at manipulating the sport for his own gain and DORNA are also adept at making things happen for the golden goose....but I honestly hope Bradl gets the gig as he has talent and is young and hungry - I suspect, however, his passport will be a hindrance....

Marquez is obviously DORNA's first choice...I am sure they will look at changing the rookie rule to accommodate their up and coming Spanish great hope...if not he will be on a full factory ride with Gresini Honda in the guise of a satellite bike.

I was not aware about the rookie rule, So Marquez can't be in the factory team, I voted for Bradle because I see him as a young consistent rider and he deserves the factory seat for the next year. I didn't vote for Jorge because he is brilliant on the Yamaha, So if Yamaha can win the "pay war" against Honda he will not change his team, Rossi said he dreams to have a title with the Ducati so I think he wants to stay and try his luck for 2 more years in the red team.

Unless they change the rules again (and its a damn good chance they will) to let Marquez take the ride, then I think it'll be a 1 year contract for Bradl.

I can't see any chance of Rossi getting the call up at all. Yamaha is a possibility for Rossi, honda is not at all likely.

Dovi will never get another HRC ride. Pedrosa will stay. They have Bradl on contract already - it would be an easy move for them and would bring a huge German audience.

Who replaces Stoner at HRC for 2013???

Tell Me!!!

NO ONE!!! Because Pedro can’t win (he’s proven this fact for the last 5 years) Pedro does not have the talent to beat Lorenzo…so who do you recruit???...please tell me so that we can all know???
