Who is going to be the most controversial? Hector Barbera gets my vote. I think he'll be fined more than anyone we have seen to date.

They have no ability to look at talent and see it for what it is. The rookie battle Shoiuld be between these guys. Could be someone else but I seriously doubt it.

I agree, it's there for anyone to see. At the same time it's allways hard to say who has the growth potential. None of these riders are GP-WC fighters, yet. They might grow into that but who it will be is hard to say. Both Spies and Simonchelli has shown great potential. Spies by adapting to the world scene and new tracks in a unique way. Simonchelli by showing great pace and some fantastic moves, along with some less impressive moves some might add

If things stay as they are, Spies will be the one with the best bike (out of the rookies) and he might also be the one with the most talent, so I voted him. But people are saying that it might not be that easy for him to adapt to Moto GP bike right away, so I'm not sure. Simoncelli is likely to be very fast and Aoyama could very well be the best Japanese rider in a long time.

I doubt it's gonna be Bautista or Barbera though. Neither are as consistent as Aoyama and Simoncelli.

Simoncelli--not because he's necessarily better than Spies, but because he knows all the tracks, is a 250 top rider, and these 800cc want to be used in 250 style.

Bautista could do as well as Sic, but riding a Suzuki might not help...

Riding a Ducati (Barbera, Espargaro) might help even less

Completely agree - although I think Spies will produce one or two stunning rides. He was stunning at Assen, and I think Silverstone will really suit his style. Add to that, Phillip Island, and Valencia, and God only knows what he's going to be capable of at Laguna next July.

Alvaro will crash a lot, and you'll want to be steering clear of Hector too
