Bring-ding-ding!

No need to apologize for the pic of your dirtbike. Dirtbikes are fun as hell. I bet most people had their motorcycle start on the dirt.
I own a 92 Yamaha Blaster ATV. Good, fun and reliable as all hell.

I ride an old 81gs1100e with an after market race fairing (so I can pretend it is a real crotch rocket!!) Although it is old I cannot seem to keep the front end down or rubber on the back tire
<
I am currently trying to find a cheap starter roadrace bike so I can start racing on our local track in 06. I have been a corner worker there for 2 years while my knee heals, and am so ready to race it is not even funny.

Yeah Ron we have TL1000s over here, S and R models. I didn't know they had problems though, interesting. I also never quite understood why Suzuki didn't race them, Mat Mladin was notorious for complaining about riding a slower 750cc inline four cylinder in comparison to the 1000cc V-Twins of Ducati and Honda. My question was always, so why don't you go btch to Suzuki about putting the TL in race trim instead of crying to the media in every press conference you hold? I'm glad he's finally got a fast bike, now we only have to listen to him complain about other riders in the AMA and also riders in other series... as if it actually relates to anything Mat is doing.

My first bike, a chinese import 50cc 'Firblade rep' minimoto.

3.3hp

35mph

Dont worry, im not gona be one of those annoying people who ride them on the streets:cc_scooter: , im doing it properly, on go kart tracks as pretty much all go kart tracks in the country allow minimotos.

Update: I just bought one of Chris Peris's old race bikes. It is an 1998 600 GSXR. I cannot wait to get on the track with it. For now I only got one chance to ride it on a lonely road. Looks like our local track in Calgary will not be operating in '06 though so that sucks, but if I can muster the money up I want to race in Edmonton, Spokane, and Portland. Worst thing is I live 15 mins. from our local track in Calgary.

Yes mate!!!!

Spent about 3 hours on it on saturday. Me n my friend have bought one each so we went to a disused airfield not far from mine. Cos its brand new, you've gotta run the engine in so we didnt use max throttle but even on 1/3-1/2 throttle i was still gettin about 25mph(was a guess as they dont have a speedo) ive heard people say their twitchy and unpredictable as the wheelbase is so short, as soon as i got on mine it felt ok! just be a bit sensible and smooth and their a lot of fun!! i havent got my knee down yet(im quite short so i dont know if i can) but i def scraped my feet a few times, and the brakes! even tho their just cable-disks? man they stop real good! its really funny cos they dont really turn if you just turn the bars, you've got to really lean the thing, and my confidence grew real quick. I will try and post some vids and or pics once i get out on track.... a go kart track that is!

Ive tried uploading the pic of me on it, but it wouldnt work, something about it being too big?(ben can you help? ive posted images off my phone before and it worked?) the file size is 400 odd Kb if u can get it down let me know. Cheers

So this is the pic of my beast from the place i bought it(the stickers are different, there were no fireblade stickers in the box so i put some Castrol,Bridgestone and HRC stickers on instead!!!
