<

It's not Just Moto GP....Kawi sucks .... across the board... Moto GP, WSBK, WSS, BSB, AMA....
The only only team worth a .... for Kawi is the AMA Motorcross with Bubba Stewart.

Given how ...... the bike is and how much it's regressed since last year when it at least had a strong point in acceleration, I can understand why he's bitter. Of course, if they weren't such a shoddy outfit he probably wouldn't have had that ride in the first place.

Look again Curvy, Bubba is on a Yami now.

So yes, Kawi sucks everywhere. (Only under the direction of Tommy & Roger Hayden di the Kawai have any success in the AMA with 3 titles in supersport). But now they are back to their sucking self.

I haven't liked the Kawi street bike for some time now. The designs are fugly.

The Kawi's are mostly at the back of the pack in pretty much every form of motorcycle racing with the exception of MX/SX. That's only because of the rider(s) they have.

I think the new 6r looks hot.

Anyway, Westy is pissed.
<
He is genuinely infuriated by the wayward efforts of the team.

I'm a bit surprised by how bitter he is. I would think he's ready for a different ride and some wins.

The last time Kawasaki was competative was in the WSBK with Neil Hogdson on the ZX-7RR but other than that i dont know.

On the back of he West situation he has done well in 250s was competative with a dog slow private team bike, also got KTM first podium in their ever first race. I dont think he is a bad rider has proved in wet he is fast just a shame he cant transfer that to te dry.... I think he is bitter b/c may be he could of done fairly well if he had a good ride.

Kawasaki's overall effort for motorsport is cack.... NO pride, look at Ducati little outfit little money but pride and effort gets them to where they are today.

Post Scott Russell in '93, Kawasaki haven't had too much to shout about in WSB - the line up of Lavilla and Yanagawa was never going to set the world alight, (although who can forget Yanagawa actually setting his bike alight at Monza), but then until 2002 Ducati protectionism saw the in lines hampered by a 250cc deficit. The departure of Harald Eckl and the full factory effort to Moto GP didn't help, and the current PSG-1 effort continues to suffer from a chronic lack of support and funding.

Andrew Pitt did bring the factory the WSS title in '02 was it?

I loved those AMA Muzzy bikes BTW

The Beast!

I still remember the first time I laid eyes on that beautiful Kawasaki, with its dual headlight and massive intake tubes coming our into the tank. It was really advanced for its time.

I'm only 19 but i remember as a kid i used to love the zx7r. it was so cool looking, still is today, a guy round the corner owns one, red though, not green as a kawasaki should be.

The Go Show had a few wins and finished pretty high in the championship after Russel left but thats about it.
