I want to get into racing, and I'm planning to do the Ron Haslam race academy and buy a 600 (Maybe a Honda) for racing on track days and club racing over the next few years. First of all I might take my 125 to mallory for a couple of track days to get used to the feel,

If anyones been down this path can you give me some info please, on the best ways to follow this path?

Thanks very much!

Definitely do a ton of trackdays first, but I'd avoid Mallory until you have your ACU accredited race licence - then turn up on Wednesday afternoons.

Best of luck!

Yeah I've raced at Mallory in a superkart, and had my engine sieze going into Edwinas...not nice! But From what i've seen Mallory is definately a track you dont go to on a bike until you are pretty good or confident.
