This is friggin huge

5.3 bliion poeole watched GP last year? thats like the whole world. didnt know they had tvs in palces like North korea, Africa nad Armish cuntry.

Actually I think this is huge news. Motorcycle sales in the U.S. had been growing steadily in the United States and the bigger it gets here the cooler stuff we are going to see.

I am worried that motorcycling will be ruined by our government and the people who ride on the coat tails of safety legislation, but I think it will have global impact as well.

In the States motorcycles are 1/3 the price of a decent car and they use 1/3 the gasoline and they offer 50x bang for buck. Booming sales in the U.S. should help spawn domestic sportsbike production in America. Not that we build great sportsbikes but most Americans are pretty patriotic and will help our smaller sportsbike builders utilize economies of scale.

Long and short is, sportsbike costs around the world should start to fall from new competition (assuming that a majority of the domestic price in a given market isn't tax, sadly for some of you it is)

Also in 2004 at Shanghai there where alot less people than this year so its great the sport is growing globally!

Thats cumulative. So they count the same people over and over again with each race.

This is great news. I am praying that their coverage is better than Speed's

Buy a Harley buy the best
Ride a mile then walk the rest.

The famous saying during the '70s AMF period.
