When you look at some of these videos it makes it all the more farcical that Stoner got a 25k fine for tapping Randy on the shoulder.
I said it at the time and stand by it (and I have long been accused of being a Stoner apologist) but he got off lightly.
That is why I personally feel that if Canepa is proved to have been the rider then he should not hold a racing licence again .............. and yes, I am a hard ....... when it comes to this kind of on track ....

Randy should have also been severely sanctioned. Which in this case I think he had committed the more dangerous act. Hence why RD is now "getting serious" about it.....well at least in Moto3 (where superstar backlash is not so important).
