some type of forum payout

Next year, it'd be fun for the forum to establish some sort of pot whereby all forum members contribute a small sum of cash to a pot. With each member picking the winner of all the races, and at the end of the season the winner takes the pot.
I think that'd be interesting, but I wouldnt know the 1st thing about how to set it up.
All in good fun though
