he obviously can't tame the beast, he can't beat injured pedrosa, he is on melandi's performance level, he's destroying their bikes due to his own inability and in process he could destroy himself as we have seen today. he is hopeless. ducati should sack him for his own good and put kallio on that bike.

Give the dude a break. He is on a new bike with less testing and people like you expecting a championship winning first outing. He will tame it a bit better as he gets used to the differences than what he has had in the past with the honda. He may have to unlearn bad habits that he had with the honda.

Very true....

....but he is world champion so we have to hold Nicky to higher standard otherwise you diminish the meaning of being MotoGP champ or his title...

Greatness is Motobike is about adapting to conditions.... see Spies for an example (and yes, I did not think he was great I tought it was the Suzuki...and I was wrong)...

Anyone with any sense in their mind would atleast see 3 first races before making final conclusions.

But to be honest, I doubt he's gonna reach podium this year. This being my current image. I hope for Hayden's sake that he proves me wrong, but I just doubt it.

too early to judge i would say, let's see agian at mid season
<
, today crash/fell off was bad i hope Nicky is ok, is bad to see riders get hurt

no ones gloating buddy. he just isnt a top class rider with raw speed. hes an ok rider at best.

ducati made a big mistake and waste of money in signing him.

randy would of been a better choice. that guys got balls. hes been outperforiming on that lcr on most occasions hes been on that thing. hayden on the other hand has been underperforming on every outing for the past 3 years

Ducati were looking for a consistent solid rider as Stoner's sideckick, someone who can take points away from Rossi... Hayden could be what they look for, or maybe not--we'll see, impossible to tell before even the first race of the season. RdP isn't consistent, to say the least, so he can't be what Ducati are looking for. Kallio, maybe--next year.

Ducati will not sack Hayden, because

1) He doesn,t give up
2) He supports the American Ducati market

3) Casey likes him on the team, as they get on well, and a happy little Aussi camper is a fast little feck! And that suits Ducati.

hayden will not take 1 point away from rossi this year, unless rossi crashes or is a wet race where they have to change bikes midway thru the race.

Apart from anything else (of which there is a lot) they would have extreme trouble signing any even vaguely leading rider in future; this is in fact more than likely the case already.

you are an ..... and im starting to wonder why the hell you follow motogp, the only normal things that come out of your mouth are words like...yes...and...that...on...other....etc the rest is just .........

who are you to decide hayden is no good? personaly i think you will be eating your words cos i think hayden will go fast when he finds a good base setting... hes had some bad luck and really hasnt had that much time on the ducati which obviously has totaly different power characteristics to the honda, different riding possition (which needs to be perfect on that bike) and is also a very tricky bike to setup,he was on a decent lap before he highsided.

anyway your an ..... so why dont you ask ezy can you have a job? im sure they could do with another clown on the panel to mess things up..

and i think your wrong about randy he prob wouldnt make it down pitlane before crashing the thing... de angelis would be my match for that bike... study and learn.

Man! Talk about being a "One Trick Pony" - you're ....... pathetic. Your
entire being is focused on hating someone who everyone else respects.
Okay we get it. You dance to the beat of a different drummer. That's
all you got. If my life was as empty as your apparently is - I'd .......
stick my head in the oven. You are a sad little person. What do you
do in your spare time - pull wings off flies?

Did you not see what he did for casey at phillip island 2008?
