It was a positive debut for the GP15... their declared objective is 1 win this season. Don't know if that will happen and who of the two Andreas will do it, but what I know for sure is that Iannone wants to take the fight to Marquez, just as he did in Moto2. Should that happen, it could be seriously entertaining... :)

I am voting for Iannone as being the first to take a Ducati win...

Why? because when things are going well for him then he is great... Also, he's among the few to actually beat MM outright and AI can be very aggressive when he needs to be...while Dovi can be 'aggressive' but not to the MM, Iannone, JLo or Rossi level and for a whole race....

If Ducati can pull off a dry weather win, and its still a BIG if, my money would be on Dovi.

Clearly, Ducati is going to need a less-than-good day by Honda and Yamaha, on a favorable track. Even then, the Four are not going to give Ducati a win without a fight, especially the "Cabroncito" MM93 who is the biggest obstacle on the road of anybody wanting to win a race in MotoGP nowadays, and Rossi who is not going to allow himself to be beaten by a Ducati easily either.

So, barring multiple DNFs, a Ducati rider even on a good day will have to put up a serious fight with some of the strongest riders in the world to succeed, and that's why I tend to think of Iannone as the probable candidate. I wouldn't complain if it is Dovi though! If and when it happens, I'll be happy anyway. Go Ducati!

With the GP15 Dall'Igna (temporarily) sacrificed stability under brakes to make a bike that turns very easily. Now he'll work in the other direction to reach the best compromise. They should find it fairly quickly because the new bike offers more room for setup changes.

No surprise Dovi, one of the strongest riders on the brakes, suffered this change more than Iannone, as it hits a phase in which he usually gains precious cents of time.

Really pleased to see you back here.:)

if I'm honest I don't care which of the ducat's wins a race I will be happy if one of them gets in the mix and causes a few people to start sweating and if the stars really align we may even see a Suzuki towards the end of the season showing promise.

but my money is on crazy joe for a upset against maquez
