Just been explained not all riders had finished lap 16 so 15 was used.
Gutted!!!!
In BSB Gino would have won.
Still wasn't a bad call though.

i think its because lap 15 was the last lap everyone had completed. if i'm not wrong at the time they waved the red flag the guys behind schrötter were still completing lap 16
Was really hoping Anthony West would win, but they had to red flag it so he didn't get enough time to play out his strategy. Too bad. Marquez made a small mistake, he just delayed his title, should have it next round, provided no rain.

That kid " El Pescau" spanish means little fish is only 18 years old. I hope he can joint Moto2 next year

Gino got robbed. Once again, we can always count on race direction to do the wrong thing. ....... ........! If the leaders are looking good, why the .... stop the race? They were challenging eachother because each felt confident in the rain. Gino got ....... robbed. ........ to go back to lap 15 (I'm sure they wanted to go back as far as they could save Marc). Finish the final lap and let them call it that way instead of robbing the ....... leader! That is just stupid, let the leader complete his lap then all the race.
Watching this race I felt something I had not in a long time, cheer joy at watching this kid Hafizh. I was rooting for him to win, at least podium, cringing the entire time thinking he might throw it away. The kid has balls of steel. Never backed down from Gino and FagAngelis. ...., I whish they would have let this race complete its final laps. ........ once again.
On a side note for Vinalez, having seen Marquez go down and Lorenzo almost go down (saved by race dickraction) I'd like to restate what a complete moron and fool he is, or at least those giving him .... advice.

Trackside I was actually surprised they didn't red flag it the lap before... No way they were going to let it go any further.
When Feem crashed on lap three I switched to concentrating on watching Syarhin... What a run for the 18 year up from 27 to the lead for a while, dropped off when the weather really deteriorated, but just from this one performance this kid deserves a chance on the international moto2 grid ( anyone who follows CEV know where he stands in their standings?).
Post race Syarhin celebrated with the fans on the start/finish grandstand like he had won a world championship, the joy flowing from him to fans and their appreciation and understanding of what he had accomplished was fantastic to see!!!
Will post more when fully recovered!!

His nickname, "El Pescao" come from his firsst name, Hafizh. In English, mechanics would call him "Fish." Some wise ... Spanish mechanic did a quick translation and began calling him Pescao. Slang for Pescado, fish in Spanish. Syarhin liked it, and that´s how he introduces himself.
He´s 6th in the championship and is always in the top 10. I think this Sepang showing will do him a lot of good!

syarhin, ride of the day for sure. rooting for him all the way. its good to see that some local talent is mixing it up with the big boys
