The 500s weren't unridable monsters; plenty of not especially good riders won on them. Regis Laconie, Simon Crafar and Alberto Puig all won races on 500s. Are you saying Marquez couldn't do something that those three could?

I'd wager that he would do fairly well. Not that we will ever get to see it happen.
