because you imply that its only rossi who complains and im pointing out thats not the case

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Babelfish @ May 10 2007, 08:15 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Just looked into another GP forum (sorry ben) and saw a different opinion on the Turkey accident.

Hayden and Rossi were the last two to get through without being influenced by the crash.
Guess who stormed in on the inside in turn one, crossing the racing line in front of those two and forcing them to brake, and therby forcing Edwards and the others to brake as well?

I'm not going to put further blame on Elias but I thought it was an interesting observation.

I see what you mean about Istanbul Bablefish … Here’s Rossi first after running off track and still trying to get in there, with Elias closing on the left and Hayden behind on his right…

Here’s Elias starting to slide the bike towards the left hander, Rossi still dropping to fifth and Hayden on the right (all behind Stoner, Capiossi, Hopkins and Eduards)…

1726:attachment]

At this very moment there's a bit of a twitch from Elias after the slide, not to blame, but it did affect Rossi, Hayden and Eduards. Of course we can see Jaque catching up and Pedrosa just behind Eduards too…

1727:attachment]

So what you mention is interesting in fact.

Anyway, all that apart, as I´ve posted pics from ‘elbow pads needed’ for riders like Elias and Hopkins, here’s my mindless cheerleader’s one…

PS. Just like my Avatar (Bloody hell, I’m just missing like 2 feet from my elbow to the ground).

Anytime mate! May I say that to be ‘some damn writer’ you’re very concise & precise… Although popcorn is indeed needed on the other thread unless we mention the 'K' in here too!

Take a look at the helicopter view and you'll see how far off the line Elias was.

In which condition should we have a look ? You mean in a drunk condition, because in normal condition I see nothing.

what race are we talking about, turky or china ?
the chopper picture in china showed elias being so far off line he hit the paint ed curb loosing control, as far as the pass in turkey i didnt think there was anything wrong with it looking at the footage i saw on eurosport.

I was talking about Turkey, but just as an observation, not blaming anyone, but the fact is that Eilas dived on the inside and missed the line and went very wide, opps, sorry, forgot that is his line, forcing Rossi and Hayden almost to a halt, Edwards see this and slow down while Pedrosa and OJ are hot in pursute. It's very questionable if Elias influenced those that took each other out, but maybe, just maybe, Edwards would have been a bike length or two further away and could have missed the whole accident if he didn't have to slow doen. Everyting is just speculations really, I just found it funny that someone did make a connection to Elias on that incident as well.

Casey Stoner blasted Toni Elias after the pair nearly collided on track during the second practice session for the Turkish Grand Prix. Afterwards, Stoner told eurosport: "It's a practice session so I just think we're not out there racing, and he thinks it's the last lap of a 22 lap race. He needs to grow up!"

Casey Stoner has again slammed Toni Elias' riding tactics after Friday practice for the Chinese Grand Prix.

"Every session in the last two races, he has either got in my road or stuck on my arse-end," Stoner said.

"There's maybe 5.2-kilometers of track so he should find his own piece because I'm just sick of him following me all the time."

Stoner admitted that riders following each other, often seeking a tow, was part and parcel of racing motorbikes, but singled out Elias because he does it so regularly.

"Every time I'm out on track Elias seems to be there," he added. "You know, it's not right."

"In Turkey, I passed him and he immediately tried to outbreak me, which was just stupid.

"Again that same afternoon, I was starting my fast lap and he pulled in front of me and held me up through a corner.

"I just think it's unnecessary, he should either follow someone else or find his own bit of track."

Stoner was not the only rider to hit out at Elias' tactics in Turkey two weeks ago, as five-time champion Valentino Rossi also found fault in his riding.

Then in Shanghai Elias runs into the back of Nicky Haden forcing him to run wide and cut the corner and brining Alex Barros to a halt.

Is Toni Elias on a mission to see how many toes he can step on ???

Or trying to outbrake them even if ti means pushing them out... Ok at race or even Q looking to get a position in there... But at FPs, Elias did it again on Stoner this weekend!

Elias seems like a ‘monkey reaching out for an unreachable banana’ as MGPN have said, doesn’t he?
