Just looking on BBC and they are doing a review of the 2006 season. I thought I would post it now in advance for people to note down.

BBC Sport is bringing you a review of a thrilling 2006 MotoGP season on Saturday 25 November.
The show will chart an extraordinary season which culminated in America's Nicky Hayden winning his first world title in dramatic circumstances.

In a thrilling year, five-time world champion Valentino Rossi clawed back an incredible 51-point deficit to lead the championship going into the final race, but fell off his bike to hand the title to Hayden.

Suzi Perry will take you through every talking point and major incident which made for the most exciting season for decades.

The 2007 MotoGP season starts up again live on the BBC on 10 March in Qatar and we will then bring you every race throughout the year.

MotoGP review of the season

Saturday 25th November

BBC One - 1305-1350 GMT

Can't wait for this, Eurosport usually do one too, and I must admit I prefer of the antics of the Eursport commentators more!

Hopefully some of these American networks will start doing something like that now that we have a champ again. You Euros are lucky to be in a place where GP is so popular. Is this year-in-review released by the BBC or is this an in-house production? Do they release this on DVD form on an American format? Man, I would pay money to see this.

They might release it on DVD yes, I don't know about American format though. I assume someone will bring out a review of the 06 season. Probably motogp.com themselves.

No problem. I thought you would like this news with missing the Eurosport one. Plus it gives everyone a fair bit of advanced notice.

If you look up duke videos, maybe even google it they do a brilliant season review, not sure if they'll do one in NTSC though. We've just had their catalgoue through and it's great!

Maybe he could email them and ask them though if they do American format?

Or get a multi region DVD player?

Racejumkie - Duke Video have an American site, they're not advertising the 2006 MotoGP review yet but I suspect they will be soon.

Mark thanx for the heads up.

for those who have missed the review, it's on again this afternoon at 1.05pm english time, bbc 1 grandstand!!

Balls - missed this thread and was out jogging - arse feck

It was very short and cut straight to the point in all races...i've seen better reviews so it wasn't a big miss if you didn't watch it to be honest.
