Kicks off tomorrow. So what are people's predictions?

Going to be interesting to see how the Michelins handle the surface, we all know the massive problems Bridgestone encountered in 2013. I also wonder if Jorge will still have the advantage he had in Sepang.

Weather predictions show it's going to be cool (circa 20C) with drizzle turning up.
I just hope they get benign enough weather to get some worthwhile data.

I dunno, A bit of wet stuff should allow a bit of testing on the new intermediates. That is the tyre I'm most interested in atm after years of just wet and dry to choose from.
I wonder if we will see any races with all three types used?

AND I hope we get better fcuking coverage from Dorna on the vid pass:(

Good point. Forgot about the intermediates.

Wouldn't bet on any better coverage. If Dorna didn't fly gear to Sepang, I doubt they'll drag it to Oz

From what I'm hearing there will be no live action or even the amatuer commentary we had in Sepang. Social media updates only.

Marquez will crash, as he is not loving the Michelin's and Lorenzo will come out on top with a couple Ducatis behind him.

Umm.. You don't know what you got until it is gone...

I won't be entirely missing two blokes talking yesterday's news in a studio in Spain with the faint audio of bikes roaring on the track. Or guys having an interview 15 feet from GP bikes blaring past without seeing a glimpse. No sir. Its less frustrating to just watch a timing screen if I'm honest.

With a few years gone by and numerous events run on the track, I doubt there will be any issues . Bridgestone kind of got taken by surprise in their debacle, no surprises on the table now.

Agree. Off season coverage has been horrendous, I'm second guessing my decision to get video pass even though there was never a promise of live testing. I have had it for 2 years now and besides having access to old race video, it's been a disappointment.

Whose fastest end of day one?

Who is the surprise (good or bad) at the end of day one?

Will the tires (not tyres EU Commies) be the big story again?

Just kidding.. Love me some EU!! Cough, cough Commies cough...

Too bad no powersliders are in OZ to take advantage of the access passes I have available.

They will be available for the Qatar tests on March 2nd as well.

Do they have a memorial for that poor seagull?:giggle:
Ducati terrorizes Yamaha more?

Btw, in real life, I know only one person who watches MotoGP. So I'm pretty grateful for this forum. :)
