Sad, sad, sad. Beautiful ceremony for a wonderful human being. Hope Jackie will find peace soon.

Attended the bike ride for the funeral today in Owensboro. All the bikes leading the procession... wow what a great turn out to show their love and pay respects to the Hayden family, Jackie and friends.

What a great rider. What a great man. My wife had a particular soft spot for him. She wasn't even aware she would smile everytime she heard an interview with him. Ride in peace brother.

Listen to this guy's personal story of his encounter with Nicky. He can barely contain his emotions.

Race in Peace Champ.

Thank you Nicky.

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

It would make sense for a fan of both riders, or someone who likes the design. It's a licensed NH product, so their family will reap profits.

It's just a ........ "look at me too" thing to do.

A tragedy. Pay your respects and stay out of it. It shouldn't inspire business ideas.

As an Aussie, may I just say 'that is ......'!

Now, I do realise that it says officially licenced, and may I say that none of my commentary is to be read as a slight in any way on the Hayden family, nor memory but is aimed at the poor taste marketing behind it.

Even if the Hayden family is happy to take some profits from it?

I personally like the tribute.

You say "happy" to make some profits from it. I'm sorry but I find that to be a poor choice of word. I don't think they could possibly be happy to profit from a tragic loss of a great human. I don't see a world where they could easily say no even if a better word choice was "reluctant to take some profits". I know you meant no disrespect we just disagree with the merit of the helmet.

It's not really a tribute though. It's a standard Rossi helmet(the one be was going to use for that race anyway) with his number hastily joined together with Hayden's.
