scrubbs off speed into corporate.

I once ran off there, somehow managed to ride alongside the concrete wall (probably with my eyes closed) and I then went across t9 to the run off area. Few deep breaths and rejoined.

Spinning ti up the hill out of 6/7 to 8 is the best thing.

No the old blue one ( snapper spot? ) at the northern end of the terrigal shops. Daryl would go there direct from the pub lol.

Used to see him around the Haven as well at times.

Always found him up for a chat as well, no pretensions about him

Yeah not as loud in real life too. Lol.

He lived just up from the haven so you wouldve seen him there.

I used to call in at that fish and chip shop at around 10.30 fri or sat. Night on way to pick up the wife at Gossy hos. I always had the eldest child in tow. First time i saw him Big Dazza says something to the effect of "gee youre up late little fella" ( to toddler son in pyjamas ) I told him why we were up and thereafter he always had a look of "aww good on yer mate" lol.

He always had time for the kids .......... not that I was involved in the surf club but man he spent a lot of time coaching and helping out (even after his big surf boat crash).

One of the things I always admired about him (to keep it on topic of the thread

) is whilst he knew little when he started calling GP's he did not try to hide it at all and was a great foil for Bazza (one of the better Australian commentary teams across all sports IMO).

Shame his health has deteriorated so much actually.
