Hey guys, am new to the forum. Seems Rossi is still searching for pace, almost a second down on Dani

hi welcome to the forum


thing is for rossi he is going to a track which he has won 6 times on michelin, i think at the moment he is trying alot different tyres/setup's finding something workable for the race, it will probably be a last minute change to the bike i wouldnt worry to much.

Looks like he got things sorted now.
3#rd behind capi and Edwards but at least Edwards used a q-tire. Not Capi though, still out lapping fast together with Rossi.

Make that 2nd for Rossi only .4 bhind Edwards q lap.

Good stuff Loris, nice to see. Rossi's milking it abit lol, barely kept the front on the floor coming back - good helmet as well.

Sunday should be good, can't wait.

Expect him to do that a lot in the race too. :) Hopefully we can get som good old fasiond close racing between the two tomorrow.

They bet a pizza on who'd get pole. That's why Rossi was making the 'you've gotta pay' thing at him coming out of their last fast lap.
 
I think Vale will disappear in the race tomorrow. His pace on race tyres before they threw on the qualifiers was blisteringly fast and consistent. Not sure anyone else can go with him.
Pedrosa's pace is quite good but not good enough to stay with Rossi I think. Capi will be in contention for a podium. His bike seems to be working well here. Stoner is losing bucket loads of time in sector 3. The other Ducati's are again nowhere. I expect Lorenzo will give a better account of himself in the race as he did in Le Mans.

Motogp & Superbikes on the same weekend. What a great weekend.

Practice for stoner was somewhat encouraging; I think he was actually faster than last year in qualifying. Perhaps they have disguised the 2007 bike and run with it

. I cannot see him challenging rossi for the win either, though. Rossi seems to have his old focus back, as well as an improved bike. Maybe tax and/or girlfriend problems did weigh on him in 2006 and 2007.

Who wants to be a ducati customer next year, unless for the engine only?.

the race is gonna be for 2nd & third girls & boys. rossi is gonna leave em all for dead with the pace he was showin.
