Mugello after race

I'm all for congratulating the riders, but some of these people are putting the riders at risk.

exactly. Organized track invasions are fine as the crowd can be released when it is safe and the riders have cleared from the track.

I was at Mugello over the weekend and it was epic. Goose bumps each time they came around. It was even more exciting having had trackside passes...being so close to the action was unbelievable.

The part of people jumping on the track after the last lap has become a part of the Mugello celebration. Riders expect this each year and its part of it.

I was one of those thousands on the track and I enjoyed every moment of it. I had never experienced it and must say it was priceless.

Can't wait for this weekends race...

I saw them at Hammersmith Apollo, both the first time and last year. Although the second time round the acoutstics were pretty poor which was a disappointment. Saw Public Enemy at Brixton a few weeks back and they made the Wu look like a load of amatuers, it was different class.

I love seeing the fans on the track most times, i think it went a bit too far this weekend though, there were fans in the middle of the trach when riders were still racing. Very dangerous, but I guess you can't stop the enthusiastic Italians
