....accorinding to a survey done in Italy.

This really shocked me, I know GP is a main stream sport in Italy - but more popular than football!?

I'm moving to Italy.......................who's with me! I've only been once - but the pizzas are massive! - more reasons to move!

yeah its either italy or spain lol and to think they arent that fussed about football but the one the world cup AND they have loads of champions from there (rossi being one of them of course!

actually the whole idea that motogp is more popular than football in italy is absolutely ridiculous. When asked about favourite sport your average italian probably wouldn't think of saying football because that's kind of understood. whatever it is that the person who compiled the survey was smoking, I want some.

I lived there for since birth till 18yr old Football is most popular MotoGP is very popular yes, Yahoo.it has motogp in the sports section but football is most popular..

Always wanted to visit Italy...but Venice will be the closest thing I guess as that is the No.1 destination on the better half's hit list of places to visit.

On motogp.com it said the survey was conducted by one of those un-manipulative, un-biased current affairs type programs. Go figure.
