Just watched this morning's MotoGP warm-up on Eurosport and its the usual 4 suspects at the front then its Hayden, Espagaro, Bradl, Rossi.

WTF is Espagaro doing putting a CRT that far up the timing sheet?  Bradl seems to have sorted out some of the demons that were possessing his machine and Rossi just seemed out of touch.  Oh yeah, and just for Jumkie, it seemed like your boy had found some real speed - I thought he was getting a tow from Rossi on a couple of laps but re-watching it I reckon Rossi was holding him up.

Agreed Pige that is a .... deal for Cal and Herve, why would Herve want to give up a podium contender?  Spanish cash rules.

.... indeed. I'm guessing MotoGP managers have seen how MM has gone so far this season and thought the guy who mixed it up with him in Moto2 last season won't be too far behind in MotoGP. If Tech3 are obliged to keep Bradley then Cal needs to impress enough to get himself a factory ride - Dani's place at Honda Repsol?

Hmmm... Maybe Yamaha will foot the bill to buy out BS contract...?

Not a chance,if Cal can't get another deal in MGP he will be gone and it will show the world that this series is a sham, the worlds forth fastest rider has to leave but Alvaro and other Spaniards who are much slower get the top rides, disgraceful.

Maybe Cal needs to get Spanish citizenship or at least a Spanish sponsor

Surely if this championship was genuine it wouldn't matter which country the top riders came from, their place in a team would be on ability not being Spanish.

Why not a chance? It would seem to be the most compelling choice. Spaniard and competitive Brit.

Ok it may happen but look at it this way Smiths people pay for his ride so unless Cal brings a bag of cash it aint gonna happen, so it just shoes that the championship is a sham and not based on talent and skill.

Riders salaries are the least of Factory Yam's costs... If they feel like buying out BS they'll do it.

And, my dear bacofoil friends, I had an interesting chat with someone on Lorenzo's side of the garage about Rossi's salary. The individual involved was keen for me to believe that it is Dorna who pays a large part of Rossi's salary. I have no reason not to believe him.

For those who missed it

Zoinkers... missed that tidbit! Interesting phrasing by Mr. Emmett though...

To be honest i just love bike racing but i want to watch the best and not those that get rides because of their nationality or the size of their wallet.
