Malaysion GP ON-Track spectators Incident

Did anyone hear any more regarding a few spectators who entered the track on the cool down lap forcing some small avoidance by Rossi (probably others as well) who wehn they returned to the stands got, well, a bit beat up (even the marshalls got involved).

IMO, irrespective of what one feels for the 'spectators' the behaviour of the Marshalls should see them in strife but well done to Rossi and others who did not get hooked up to much and managed to keep away (one day I suspect a rider will have an accident if things aren't done).

I was saying earlier that the fighting was mad. Its unusual at a bike race event(considering the heads that you get at a bike race

). On review of that clip though, I did'nt realise he got that close to the riders. He deserved every slap he got and then some, bloody muppet
 
Rossi's next dog should be an American Pit Bull Terrier. If someone repeats this madness he should be thrown into a cage with Vale's new mascot for 5 minutes. Is there absolutely no security at these events?

I don't get this whole thread? ..... doesn't Donnington get invaded each year ..... and PI is a shocker for the walk to the podium ...... why is this guy getting such attention?

There was a thread about track invasions, you must have been on one of your sabbatical's because Stoner must have been losing round that peroid

he gets attention cause a) he was ON the start and finish line while the race wasnt even FINISHED! b ) he almost knocked riders off their socks with standing there jumping around with his drunk head, and c) WHERE were the marshalls?!

in assen, if someone climbs the fences, before you hit the ground on the otherside, you get 10 dogs running at you, biting you till you're DOWN on the ground so the marshalls can turn you over to the police.

I thought that was easy enough to see!!

My point I guess is you asked why is he getting so much attention when its obvious in the pics and vids posted. I mentioned the other threads because most serious track invasions do get mentioned

Do you get my point?

ah now I see ..... it was described as "in the warm down lap" but I guess "in the warm down lap" immediately after the finish line is a bit much .... just lucky he didn't clear up a rider then ...... maybe he's a Malaysian Seagull
